To help ‘reset’ my body physically I put together a collection of workouts for the week. When I intentionally plan out my workout week, there is a much greater chance that I will actually DO a workout! You could easily do these workouts without equipment but some of my favorite things to have on hand are a yoga mat and a set of 5 lb dumb bell weights.
This set is an amazing price for 2, 3 and 5 lb weights! Perfect for pregnancy workouts.
My schedule for the week :
an afternoon walk
Pre Natal Holy Yoga in the early morning
The first 5 exercises in Tone it Up’s Malibooty workout
An Early Morning full body workout with Tone it up’s Bikini Body workout
* There are a few things that will need to be modified
An Afternoon walk +arm workout in the backyard
*modified overhead press instead of the bench press
*Note that most of these workouts weren’t specifically designed for pregnancy. Modifications will be made based on each individual.
