It’s DAY 3 of the Whole 30 and I woke up feeling pretty good. On DAY 2 I experienced the “hangover” with a pounding headache for the majority of the morning. The only thing that seemed to help was LOTS of water and lavender oil on my temples. The Whole 30 is part of my November Goals.
A few things I’m learning :
- I like food. I like learning about food, creating new things with food, eating food, serving food, and fighting illness with food.
- Coffee without Sugar isn’t as enjoyable. Period.
Now onto WIAW: What I Ate Wednesday.
SO excited to have found this little link up. I assure you that what I ate is much more exciting than what I wore. Every now and then my outfits are worthy of pictures, but this week I’ll spare you.
The usual: Scrambled Eggs and Bacon. I’m really hoping to learn how to make a really good omelets. If you are reading this and have tips, help a girl out 🙂
Fruit. I prepped fresh food cups on Sunday, so I would have plenty of yummies ready to eat throughout the week.
Leftovers. No exciting pictures here.
“Cookies” as the toddler calls them. Just Dates + Almonds + Vitamix
Squash, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and Naked Chicken Nuggets.
This wasn’t on the original plan BUT my aunt gave us extra squash and I ran out of time. If you’re just curious, you can find our original dinner meal plan here.

If you’re doing the Whole 30 or eating Paleo I’d love to know about it and follow along with you too. Leave a comment to let me know !
