If you visit me on social media be sure to say hello so I can follow you too!
A little recap of our week in the form of Friday Favorites is in order..
Time to Think.
I haven’t been blogging as much but I have been reading and writing.
I was reminded how much I like reading, writing, journaling, and thinking. I’m one of those people who enjoy learning. If I’m honest with myself I don’t often give myself permission to think without an agenda.
I’m on track to read a book/month this year. I’m hoping it will turn in to a few more than 12. In fact, I shared a list but I’ve already added 3 :).
I’m currently finishing up Lara Casey’s Make it Happen book and I can’t get enough.
I’ve been adding more decor to our home, and it’s both freeing and frightening. Why am I so afraid that I’ll do it all wrong? When in reality, it’s just a few nails and could easily be changed. Plus its MY house, I’m they one who gets to decide what’s right and wrong… right?
Design prints are a trendy, budget friendly way to help add color to your home. One of my biggest design crushes is French Press Mornings.
Every Wednesday she puts out a new FREE print for her Encouraging Wednesday series. This week she even has a phone lock screen.
I adore her work and love that I get to hang it in my home and share it on my phone.
Did you know that this blog Teressa Jane has an email newsletter?? // Don’t worry I didn’t know either. //
That’s all about to change and I’d be honored if you entered your email address in that little chalkboard box over there where it says ‘ sign up for the TJ newsletter’ —–>>
You may see things like free menu plans, free printables, the best of the internet, exclusive info on things I’ve tried but don’t have time to blog about, ramblings straight from the heart, and more…
I promise not to spam you and you are free to unsubscribe at ANY time.
Yes. All bloggers are allowed to have a crush on another blogger. Mine is currently Diana Kerr.
Diana and I are very similar in the things we do, or should I say the things we don’t do.
She just celebrated her 1 year blogging anniversary and I’m so glad that I ‘met’ her through a link up a few months back.
This girl will inspire you to be a better you, she will make you think about the way you do life and spur you on to live to a higher standard than what the world is asking you to conform to. Check out why she quit her dream job and pursuing a career in life coaching.
I’m a little obsessed with it. Eating is. Reading about it. Leaning more about how it changes our bodies.
Did you see my top gluten free brands post?
How about this article about the FDA admitting there is Arsenic in our chicken?
What have you been up to this week? What has been stirring on your mind? Let’s talk.
