Oh what a fun 9 months it has been.
Jane is so much more baby than her big brother ever was… and it’s been fun to say the least.
She is such a sweet cuddly girl.
Her nine month update:
Weight : 17 lbs
Height: 27.5 in.
Head: 43 cm.
Eating: Still exclusively breast feeding as far as milk is concerned but she LOVES all foods. She especially loves to self feed, by pinching foods in between two fingers and taking hold of any spoon you put in her mouth. She is one messy eater!
Sleeping: She has officially given up her pacifier. Getting to sleep isn’t the easiest! For naps she usually cries it out for a few minutes before she falls asleep. She still loves falling asleep in the car, or while mama wears her. At night time she likes to eat right before going to bed for the night. For the most part she sleeps through the night. Every now and then she will have a night where she just wants to stay up for a few hours past bed time!!
Teeth: She officially has 2 teeth on the bottom. Actively working on more!
Nicknames: Miss Jane, Baby Jane, The baby Jane, Jane Girl
Diapers: Mostly in cloth! On 2nd rise snap setting of bum genius & flip diapers. She’s wearing size 3 disposables if we are out for long periods of time.
Clothes: She’s wearing size 6-12 in baby gap, and anything from bigger size 6 months to 12 months clothes in other brands.
Loves: Lately she is all about eating! She also really loves bath time. I would have to say her favorite is swinging though! Her face lights up so big when she is swinging outside in the wind.
Dislikes: She would much rather be in a room filled with people than left alone. She’s easily frustrated when she can’t get to someone/something fast enough.
Things to Remember: Teething has been hard. She had a 2nd ear infection early on in month 9 and still working on more teeth. She also got her doc band off! She officially graduated and her head is looking awesome!
Milestones: She is still doing a army crawl, but its super fast now. She will go from a sitting position to squatting and tries to stand up but isn’t there quite yet. She would love to tell you that she can walk, but she definitely doesn’t have the balance.
