We just got home from a long trip away. Usually it would be time to head to the store to buy new foods for the week BUT we took the time to take inventory and use some of our freezer stock that we bought earlier in the month. This along with other tips are key to helping us stay on budget! *Don’t buy more than you need!*

Tuesday// Roasted Cod with Garlic Butter , Easy Zucchini Noodles
Wednesday// Breakfast Skillet (with sweet potatoes rather than squash)
Thursday// Baked Apple Pork Chops , Baked Sweet Potatoes, Fresh Raw Spinach Salad
Friday// Spaghetti with Brown Rice noodles , Fresh Spinach Salad
Saturday// Leftovers (yes, it’s a good idea to have a leftover night and EAT what you have already prepared)
