Another week of crunching the numbers, eating REAL Foods and not breaking the bank in the process.
We’re beginning week 3 of eating Paleo after a long summer off. It’s so much easier to eat well while at home, traveling around always throws a few curve balls in the mix.
Here’s this week’s Menu:
Monday// Turkey Burgers, Bacon Wrapped Avocados, Roasted Okra
Tuesday// Out to a Baseball Game
Wednesday// Sweet Potato Spinach Frittata (because I never made it last week)
Thursday// Paleo Meatloaf (use beef/turkey)
Friday// Roasted Chicken on top of a fresh spinach salad
Saturday// Ground Turkey, Egg Plant Ratatouille
Sunday// Roasted Chicken Legs , Hasselback Sweet Potato Fries , Sautéed Spinach
