Monday// Baked Salmon , Baked Sweet Potatoes, Sautéed Kale
Tuesday// Roasted Chicken Legs, Roasted Summer Squash
Wednesday/ Apple Chicken Sausage, Sweet Potato Hash with Zucchini
Thursday// Whole Chicken in cast iron, sweet potato fries , eat smart salad
Friday// Breakfast for Dinner :: fried eggs
Sunday// Ground Turkey with Spaghetti Sauce on Spaghetti Squash
