As you can see, it’s pretty meatless and we’re 100% OK with that. It’s also acceptable to eat crazy amounts of soups and chilis. BIG WINS happening over here.

Friday// Burrito Bowls with Rice, Black Beans, Grilled Vegetables
Saturday// Sweet Potato Chili
Sunday// Spaghetti with Brown Rice Pasta Noodles
