It’s officially the first Monday of the new year (2016) and we’re excited to continue on the Real Food journey.
In fact we’ve been eating mostly vegan for 3 whole months and counting. The whole vegan idea was completely my husband’s idea and I still can’t believe it. He’s shed a large amount of pounds, feels amazing and is thriving energy wise.
With that said, I’m still navigating the waters of where I thrive personally.

Monday// Roasted Veggies, Potatoes and Grilled Chicken. Similar to this recipe.
Tuesday// Cabbage Potato White Bean Soup
Wednesday// Lentil Vegetable Soup
Thursday// Stuffed Baked Potatoes with homemade black beans
Friday// Lentil Spaghetti with Brown Rice Pasta
Sunday// Crock Pot Beans & Rice. Add Sautéed veggies + cilantro + salsa for flavor
Mostly be leftovers and the occasional frozen pizza (just keeping in real)
