Well I haven’t been blogging much at all, but we’ve been consistently eating and menu planning!
I’ll take it as a win. This week we are 100% whole food, plant based (meaning no meat). No to worry if you need a meat menu plan, check out my paleo plans.

Thursday// Chickpea & Cabbage Soup
Friday// Perfectly Baked Sweet Potatoes + Black Beans (leftover) + Veggies
Sunday// Lentil Spaghetti with Brown Rice Pasta + Spinach Salad
